January Pulse featuring Jambezi, Tribalicious and Zormiwasa

Saturday Jan 28th sees an awesome evening of African music and dance at Pulse, World Music Dance Party. Jambezi, who are performing at Woodford are the featured act for this Pulse. Jambezi are a wonderfully exuberant marimba band formed by the lovely Fatima. This is dance music of a very cheery flavour. Tribalicious also play Pulse in January as do Elliott’s student ensemble Zormiwasa.

Doors open at 7pm and music gets going by 8pm.
Cover charge is $15 / $12 conc.
Delicious food is available and the bar is open.
Pulse is held at the Drum, aka South’s Leagues Club, Davies Park, Jane St. West End.

Finally, after a long break between camps Chris, Rujeko and first time visitor Memy return to give us another good dose of full power, full spirit drumming and dance magic.
