Hi folks,

Shen's News: The performance of Rubaiyat of Omar Khaiyyam in Sandgate on Saturday was a big success - an encore and a standing ovation! Thanks to Zoli of Music by the Sea for inviting us.

No big events on my calendar this weekend, but next Tuesday lunchtime Tibet2Timbuk2 are playing in Brisbane City Hall's Main Auditorium, 1230-130, and it's free! We'll have special guest Asim Gorashi joining us for a few songs too.

I also highly recommend The Anoushka Shankar Project next Wednesday at QPAC. I'll be taking a week off the usual Forest Wednesday sessions for that one!
