Hi folks,

Shen's News: This will be my last email before flying off to India for 2 months from next Sunday. As I haven't had any gigs lately, we're putting on a FREE little gig down at Cafe Checocho, 7-11pm Friday Jan 23: Tibet2Timbuk2 and friends. Confirmed guests include Feridun Avar (Turkey), Lansana Camara (Guinea), Tony Magambo and Ravi Welsh.

I also want to give a special mention to a major event being organised by Tenzin at the Powerhouse Jan 29-31, the 50 Years in Tibet festival. The latest news is that Senator Bob Brown will be joining the discussion panel!

More news on the Tibet2Timbuk2 front: Our CD "Music is Life" is now on iTunes, Amazon, eMusic and Napster. So now that we're easily accessible to the whole wide interweb, I'd like to ask you to help out in spreading the word about our good vibes.
