Sun Jul 14 Mt Gravatt: Strings of India 2013 - Saikat Bhattacharya, Dr Indranil Chatterjee, Shen Flindell

Hi folks,

How is this wonderful winter weather? I have a big sitar weekend with the Swara Mohini "Strings of India 2013" concert in Mt Gravatt on Sunday night, with Saikat Bhattacharya and Dr Indranil Chatterjee.

Coming up on July 27 is one of the biggest nights of the year for me and my tabla students - the 6th Annual Ashu Babu Memorial Tabla School Concert, this year hosted by BEMAC in Kangaroo Point. It's always a wonderful evening with all the kids showing their best tabla skills. This year I hope to have 19 students performing and I can tell you each item will be very special. The senior students are really starting to come along nicely now. I've attached a flier for the event below - hope to see you and your friends there.
